Videos get cut in half

For some reason some videos that are posted in the threads are cut in half horizontally with only the top half showing.

Clicking on the video pauses or plays it and I cannot see any way of opening them to get the full screen.

Just me?
(using Edge browser)

I'll run a clean up of the forum cache just in case
